When Hartman, Briddell, Watkins Properties, Inc, was founded in 1969, our initial focus was the development and maintenance of commercial properties. We had a simple mission: to deliver highly personalized service and to build trusted relationships.

Today HBW, spearheaded by the next generation of talented leadership, is a full-service commercial construction firm. Our core mission has not changed. It is still our goal to use our expertise to deliver the best result for every client — to sweat every detail on every job —and exceed client expectations every single time.
