He began his career in public accounting working with construction companies before transitioning to the private sector as a controller and CFO. He has over 25 years of experience in the commercial construction industry.

Eric grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland where he continues to reside with his wife and two sons. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, hiking and biking, and spending time with family and friends.

The move to project manager was not initially John’s idea, but he flourished in the role and exceeded expectations. John’s individual results and willingness to help grow the division earned him the position of group leader and now Vice President / Principal. He has over 20 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. John currently provides oversight and advice to his team of project managers at HBW, while also running his own projects and being involved in promoting customer satisfaction.

A lifelong Marylander, John resides in Carroll County with his wife, two daughters, their cats, and the family bulldog, Bentley. John is an avid outdoorsman, Capitals fan, and CrossFit enthusiast. When not in the office, John’s ideal weekends are camping with family or waterfowl hunting on the eastern shore.

Born in Vietnam, Patrick had the joy of traveling the world at a young age, and still loves to get away. At home, he enjoys his downtime with his wife and daughter. On weekends he can be seen cheering for his daughter at horse shows or fishing the Chesapeake Bay.

A Maryland native, Jim now resides in Carroll County with his family. He and his wife are now empty nesters with their daughter taking the adult world by storm! When Jim isn’t in the office you can find him on the Eastern Shore duck hunting and fishing.

Phil now heads HBW as President where he leads the staff, is a liaison with current and prospective clients and handles the day-today leadership of the company.

A Pennsylvania native, Phil now resides in Montgomery County with his family. If he’s not in the office, you can find him out on the water with a fishing pole in his hand. He reels in the fish with his handmade fishing lures. Phil also plays hockey in a local league. His team has competed in the National HNA Finals in Canada.
